III. Payment is made in advance after you send the order form. Don't forget to include proof of transfer so that your order can be processed. We provide your payment only via Qris with no rate.

IV. We are not responsible for any complaints unless the proof and payment is made through our official contact order (whatsapp, telegram or twitter direct message)

V. The process of working is 2-7 days depending on your waiting list number. If you want an in rush express it will be charged an additional fee depending on the difficulty level of your order.

VI. We allow twice minor revision within 24 hours after the result was sent.
